My name is Christina Asad Edwards and I am a Realtor with Real Living Realty as well as the Sales Masters Top Agent (2006 ? 2007 and counting). I have personally moved 11 times. As a result, I work extensively with relocating buyers, helping them find the appropriate living arrangement in their new locale. I am also a Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS) and eAgent, working extensively with the internet. My office is in Centerville and I am very familiar with many of the homes themselves.

You will find me to be a good listener, a sage advisor, a shrewd negotiator and extremely familiar with what is currently happening in the real estate market. I can also assist you in finding a compatible lender and other industry professionals, such as home inspectors, to ensure the process goes smoothly for you. For home sellers, I market the excellent shape of my clients' homes, the size of the home, the fact that it is a 4 BR vs. 3 BR, as well as the community, and the price to potential Buyers. One of my specialties is marketing homes in an exciting, professional manner to attract the most qualified Buyers. Pictures help sell homes (especially on the Internet) so I stage the home, take eye appealing photos, and emphasize the home's selling points and really make it stand out among the others!

Innovative marketing of the home is just one of the services I provide. As you are probably well aware, in order to ensure that your home sells as quickly as possible, it must be priced properly and prepared to show! I personally meet with my clients prior to any paperwork being signed to evaluate the home and give my professional advice on anything else to get the home ready for sale and at what price.
