DiSalvo's Deli & Italian Store

Mama DiSalvo's offers the best atmosphere, and best Italian food in Dayton. They have excellent Gnocchi, a very hard dish to find. Excellent service by Mama's sons and their staff. The food is cooked when you order it, and well worth the wait!

I get their Pastrame and swiss sandwich, which is the best sandwich around. For a quick snack or a afternoon or evening meal, the place serves up the best.

Be sure to stop at DiSalvo's Deli. I have never bought anything here that wasn't delicious - try the breads, the cannolis, the desserts - you really can't go wrong.

DiSalvo's Deli offers excellent Italian foods. Their cannolis are to die for and their spaghetti sauce is VERY authentic!!

What you'd expect from a great, local deli. Something you'd normally only get in NY or Chicago. The owners are wonderful. Stick with the deli - the pastas are NOT that great at the restaurant when the lunch, the people and the daily special of the deli will seal the deal for less money.

This deli is authentic. Everything is fresh, homemade and done on a daily basis. Every ingredient, from the bread to the peppers, is fresh and delicious.
There is hot soup prepared each day, and the owner will make sure that you are aware of his daily offering!
Great food, great service, and the desserts are sinfully delicious.
Do NOT underestimate the homemade desserts!

This place has a great selection of Italian meats, cheeses, salads, condiments, and the best cannoli in Dayton. They also have sandwiches to go, and their meatball one is fantastic. Prices are decent, service is good, and there's plenty of parking in their free lot.
